Payments, Cancellations, Late Arrivals, and No-Show Policies:

Payments accepted:

I accept cash, and all major credit cards.  Any fees due for previous cancellations, no-show's, etc, are due in full before the appointment will be preformed.  

Not able to make your appointment??

I understand that life happens and circumstances come up.  I try to work with you the best I can, but this is still a business. When you are scheduled, I am there, so please show me the same courtesy.  If something comes up, call me ASAP so I can try to fill your appointment time with another client.   

Cancellations:

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.  If you need to cancel or re-schedule, please notify me ASAP so I can offer your reserved time to someone else. If you cancel "after" your appointment time, it is considered a no-show, and you will be charged the full cost of the scheduled appointment time.

Late Arrivals:

If you are late to your appointment, you will be charged based on the time you were scheduled to arrive, and I will work on you for your remaining minutes allotted.  I may or may not be able to extend your service time due to other clients on the schedule.  I will not cut into their time based on you being late.  If I need to reschedule your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.  Please be on time for your scheduled service.

No-Show's:

If you fail to keep your scheduled service time, and you do not call to cancel prior to your appointment time, you will be billed for the full cost of the service time you reserved when making the appointment. 

After 3 No-Shows:

I understand that accidents happen.  But after 3 no-shows, it comes down to a courtesy issue, and I will politely suggest you find another Electrologist.
